Prices are per room, per night and include a full breakfast. Half board rates include a three course à la carte dinner plus coffee (our dinner menu is changed seasonally).
Prices are inclusive of VAT at 17.5% and are based upon two people sharing.

Single occupancy of a double room is charged at 75% of the full room rate.
Children are charged at £25.00 each when sharing their parent’s room (tariff includes breakfast).
Z – beds are available only in selected bedrooms: please enquire. Cots are priced at £5.00 per stay.
Guests who book visits on Bed and Breakfast terms are advised to make prior reservations for the restaurant in order to avoid disappointment. A three course dinner from the à la carte menu is priced between £25.00 and £30.00 per person.

Deep fluffy towels and bathrobes, crisp white linen and comfortable beds will help you drift away whilst listening to the gentle lapping of the water against the seashore.
All our rooms are en-suite with a shower or bath, remote control TV and DVD player, free wi-fi, direct dial telephone, hospitality tray and mineral water, hairdryer and ironing facilities. All rooms bar one have sea views, eight with private patios or balconies.
Premium Plus
Light and airy with panoramic views from St. Michael’s Mount to the Lizard Peninsula. There is a luxurious king size bed in this spacious bedroom with a comfortable lounge area overlooking the water. Why not read a book from the comfort of your own balcony or relax in the bathroom’s fabulous spa bath?
Premium Room
Bright and comfortable accommodation, each of the rooms boasts an elevated position to view the waterfront activity from your room or balcony.
Superior Room
Located in the centre of the hotel, the Superior Rooms have front facing views out to sea and some of them can be further enjoyed from their own terrace. Please ask for further details.
Classic Room
Comfortable bedrooms, with most offering views of the waterfront: please ask for more details.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
A booking is a legally binding contract between the visitor and the Hotel. In the event of cancellation more than 3 months prior to the date of travel, the deposit will be refunded in full. Within 3 months, the deposit will be held by the Hotel, to be credited against another stay within 3 months of the cancellation date. If cancellation is within 1 week of the arrival date, the deposit is forfeited. If a booking is curtailed once check in has occurred the guest is still liable to pay the balance for the entire stay. Within 3 months, deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. We strongly advise that you take holiday insurance to cover the possibility of cancellation.
Accounts are to be settled upon departure. All major credit and debit cards are accepted with the exception of American Express. Cheques are accepted providing that they are covered by a valid banker’s card. The Hotel reserves the right to ask for alternative payment or further identification.
The Old Coastguard is a non-smoking hotel. Sorry, no pets allowed. Free Wi-Fi internet access operates throughout the building and we also have a guest computer in reception. Free on-site parking is available for guests. We may sometimes have to refuse single night bookings at weekends. The Hotel is closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
Check in is from 3.00pm, however an earlier check in may be possible upon request. Bedrooms should be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure. The hotel reserves the right to charge if rooms are left in a sub standard condition.
