The Tariff...
Prices are per room, per night and include Full West Country Breakfast and Three Course Ala Carte Dinner. (Our Dinner Menu is changed seasonally).
Prices are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%. Single Occupancy of a Double Room is charged at 75% of the full room rate. Prices exclude Easter, The Mousehole Illuminations, Christmas and New Year's Eve.
We regret that we are unable to accommodate domestic pets.
Children are charged at £25.00 each when sharing their parent’s room. (Tariff includes Breakfast). Z – Beds available only in selected bedrooms… please enquire for details.
Guests who book visits on Bed and Breakfast Terms are advised to make prior reservations for the restaurant in order to avoid disappointment. A Three Course Dinner from the A la Carte Menu is priced between £30.00 and £35.00 per person (excl. coffee).
All of rooms are en-suite with a shower or bath, Remote Control TV and DVD player; Direct Dial Telephone, Hospitality trays and Mineral Water, Hairdryers and Ironing facilities. All rooms have sea view unless otherwise stated. Some have private patios or balconies.
Free internet access is available to all guests via use of a computer in the hotel.

Please note: The Hotel will be closed from 24th – 26th December 2008 (inclusive). One night only bookings are not available for: Saturday 13th December and Wednesday 31st December 2008. Low Season tariffs apply on all other dates. Rooms may be booked on either Bed & Breakfast rate or inclusive of Dinner.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
A booking is a legally binding contract between the visitor and the Hotel. In the event of cancellation more than 3 months prior to the date of travel, the deposit will be refunded in full. Within 3 months, the deposit will be held by the Hotel, to be credited against another stay within 3 months of the cancellation date. If cancellation is within 1 week of the arrival date, the deposit is forfeited. Within 3 months, deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. We strongly advise that you take holiday insurance to cover the possibility of cancellation.
Accounts are to be settled upon departure. All major credit and debit cards are accepted. Cheques are accepted providing that they are covered by a valid banker’s card. The Hotel reserves the right to ask for alternative payment or further identification.
The Old Coastguard is a non-smoking hotel. Sorry, no pets allowed.
We may sometimes have to refuse single night bookings at weekends. The Hotel is closed on Christmas Day.
Free computer use with Broadband Internet access and free on-site parking are also available. Check in is available from 3.00pm; however an earlier check in may be possible upon request. Bedrooms should be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure.
The Old Coastguard Hotel reserves the right to alter the Tariff, Terms and Conditions without notice.
