Cornish Yarg
The nettle covering produces a distinctive rind and gives a unique flavour to this young cheese that is creamy under the crust yet firm and slightly crumbly in the centre.

Keltic Gold
A curd washed cheese; the rind is rubbed and washed with cider twice a week during ripening. It is a pungent cheese with an earthy, creamy flavour and supple texture.

St Allen
Named after a village just to the north of Truro, this goat’s cheese is pressed and matured for six weeks. This gives a clean fresh flavour with a firm and somewhat crumbly texture.

Exmoor Blue
A semi-soft blue veined cheese which has a buttery taste. From rich Jersey milk with herbal
Undertones, a tang without overwhelming the background flavours.
