No supplementary charge for dogs

Dogs are as much a part of a break in this part of the world as their owners and we're happy for them to sleep in the bedrooms here (but not on our beds) and join you in the bar or on the Sun Deck.  

If your dog likes to be with you while you eat then do ask when you book.  There are plenty of tables in the bar where he or she can lie next to you while you eat.
 

 

No charge also for cots

We have travel cots which we happily make up for no charge. Although we love looking after children, be aware that most of our bedrooms are not adjacent to the dining room and bar.  Talk to our team when booking if this is a worry for you.

For any children of 5+ sleeping in one of our camp beds, we charge £15 per night which includes breakfast and the camp bed.

We also have one room (Room 6, above right) which has a small adjoining twin room which is perfect for a small family or a group of adults.


     
 

Planning a wedding?

For those organising a wedding nearby, we'd like you to know we do not generally accept block bookings for people staying for weddings. 

We make no apologies for this.  The reason is that we want our rooms to be available for those wanting to escape for a weekend. 

If your guests call us once they know the date, we're of course happy to take their booking subject to any single Saturday restrictions (see right). 



Single Saturday nights

Many hotels ask you to stay two nights or more at the weekend. We prefer not to, but have to keep an eye on the bottom line.

So we do keep a good number of our rooms available for Saturday night only stays, but once they are taken up, we will then only accept bookings for Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday.

We hope this is fair to all.

Our Spring and September Sleepovers are the seasonal Dinner B&B offers that are terrific value at popular times here in Mousehole. 
 
3 courses from our evening menu on each night of your stay, your bed and breakfast.  2 nights in a Terrace Double will be £309 per couple, three nights £469 and four nights £609.

Cancellation Policy

We would prefer not to charge for cancellations but will do so if we cannot sell a room that has been cancelled. In the event of cancellations, we will charge a % of the aggregate room rate to the credit card number you have given us.

For those made less than 7 days before the day of arrival the charge will be 30%, while for those made less than 48 hours before 2pm on the day of the arrival, we will charge 75%.




Single Occupancy

Any of our rooms can be booked for single occupancy, although the most suitable are probably our Small and Terrace Doubles.

Our single room rate starts at £82.50 per person per night (including breakfast), or £102.50 for Dinner B&B.  We do offer discounted rates for regular, midweek business travellers.  Email us here.
