We are excited to be open again and doing what we are here for. Much achieved in our January closure, mainly downstairs, but significant progress also in the bedrooms.
More pages will appear on the site during the Spring. For the moment, do talk to us by email to a team who know what we can offer.
NEXT OFFER:
The Winter Escape continues up until 29 March: from £125 for Dinner B&B. And after Easter, we welcome The Spring Sleepover. For more details, have a look at our latest news.

Welcome
This is The Old Coastguard, a seaside hotel in the fishing village of Mousehole, near the beaches and gardens of West Cornwall, the Minack Theatre and the artists' studios of Newlyn, Penzance and St. Ives.
Fourteen bedrooms, nearly all looking out over glistening Cornish inland waters, with views to St. Michael's Mount and the Lizard. And a dining room and outside terrace sitting atop a tropical garden that slopes down to the harbour wall.
Ever since we came to West Penwith in 2006, we have loved its slower pace of life, an opportunity for our guests to beat a retreat from everyday 'civilisation'.
We will work hard with our team here to help you relax and unwind, sleeping in comfortable beds and eating simple, well executed food that runs with the rhythms of the season and the coastal landscape.
We want The Coastguard to be at the centre of its local community with beer and drinks prices set for its regular customers, not the incoming tourists.
We have historically taken little time to come to love where we work and it has been the case again here in Mousehole. We hope you will love it too.
We will be open every day and all year at The Old Coastguard: please do come and visit us and bring along your friends, dogs or children.
